I rate Banyan a one star because the staff there was terrible in communication. I called a nurse practitioner and she would not call me back. I also called Robyn Singer who was at her kids tennis lesson and said I don’t have my laptop in front of me . I was asking a simple question who was the case worker for my loved one. She texted me , ‘I believe it could be Nicole Blackburn but I could be wrong’ She always seemed annoyed that I was calling her. The best employee they had was Chad who was the sales representative and when I couldn’t reach anyone at Banyan, I called him out of utter frustration. He always answered his phone and always got back to me. He is a very kind and compassionate man and was always willing to help. I definitely would not recommend this facility. .

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the Boca treatment center. My case manager Toriah was extremely helpful and patient when handling my short term disability and submitted my forms. When it came to my discharge, she was amazing at making me feel comfortable moving to the next step. Definitely the best of the best!!!! The nurses and staff always greeted me with smiles and warmth. I will forever be grateful. Ms. T’s classes were by far the best and most inspiring and informative. She has a gift that I inspire to have. Ms. Claudette’s spirit emerges and embraces you and you can’t help but smile. You all will be missed. Thank you for the support and encouragement to be better.

I feel so honored to be able to provide a review for the Banyan Treatment Centers. A family member of mine was fortunate enough to have experienced the Boca Rotan as well as the Sebring location programs. From the first encounter to completion, the staff were engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and super caring. I have never witnessed such support and honest caring as I have seen in this program. My Family Support Specialist, Keith Berger, still does follow-up on our family and always is responsive if we need anything or just encouragement. I never imagined that my family would ever need to utilize the treatment services that Banyan offers but I am extremely grateful to have had them be a resource for my family member and family.

I had an amazing experience here! The provider got my meds right. The nurses are BEYOND AMAZING staring with Jennafer my favorite nurse she helped me with all my medical needs; she is awesome i had a GREAT experience with her helping and caring for me each and everytime she worked she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She deserves a raise with how hard she works im thankful and grateful for her and for Trinity & Ellyse as well they helped me along the way they are great! Thank you. Case managers Toriah helped me any day of the week she was very helpful and especially Sundays when she worked alone she helped us all. Im thankful for her hard work. She went above and beyond for not just me but others as well. She is awesome. Nicole as well helped me get to where I needed to be for my after care thank you for your work! Techs Barbra is amazing she gave good advice and helped me throught out the time I was here. Dwight helped me with advice along the way .Mr.Randy helped with anything I needed and with advice along the way Ms.Jenni helped me through out the way as well im thankful for her . There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am for this rehab center and every single person who made my journey here so life changing. Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I can honestly say this place helped save my life and gave me hope again. My case manager, Nicole, is an absolute angel. She went above and beyond for me in ways I’ll never forget. Her kindness, patience, support, and genuine love for what she does made me feel seen, heard, and cared for every single day. She never gave up on me, even on the days I struggled to believe in myself. My therapist, Leisa, is hands down one of the most incredible therapists I have ever had. She helped me heal parts of myself I thought were broken forever. Her compassion, wisdom, and ability to truly understand people changed my life in ways I can’t fully explain. Banyan Boca literally saved my life. I have never felt more safe ever in my life. My case manager Nichole went above and beyond to make sure my after care was what was most beneficial for me. She’s a rockstar at her job. Kaitlin my therapist was also amazing. Everyone from the techs (ms Claudette took us to the sunrise in the mornings and takes her lunch break to do bible study with us) also Matt, benson, Jenny they are all so helpful and truly care about clients. the provider, Paula, was absolutely amazing she really listened and provided the right medication. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing- especially Jennifer and trinity. I recommend banyan to anyone. They truly saved my life.

The techs are 10/10. Very accommodating. I definitely think for the amount of money the insurance companies pay, that that more 1/1 therapy should be accommodated. My therapist Lesia was wonderful, I left early based on the accommodations of the facility, I was told by admissions that I would have unlimited phone calls, a pool, the whole 9. And when I got there it was a glorified nursing home. Several clients who I became friends with over my 14 day stay, had very similar or worse complaints. I’m just speaking up for everyone. Mental health and drug and alcohol abuse patients do not need to be in a nursing home. They need specific treatment.. Hope the best to the employees and great techs that work there day and night that try to make changes. GG, Tk, Matt, Niesha, they’re wonderful. The facility itself, not so much.

I would like to comment on my case manager Nicole and my therapist Lesia and they are the best in the facility. The techs Shay, Barbara, and Gigi and the leads and the majority of the other techs are great as well with on exception. The facility is very clean, the groups are very good and well thought out. I am here for mental health and it is a dual facility, for substance as well. The food is very good and well thought out. They take us to equine on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we are allowed to go to the gym those days as well. Sam, the gentlemen who runs the facility is incredible as well, as well as Christina the Operations Director who runs the facility as well. Thank you Banyan for getting me back on track, for the new year of 2026. Sincerely, TGP.
